Dear Raj, I hope you are in pink of your health. I had received your letter last week regarding the problem you are facing in your current job. Firstly, I would say being underpaid is common issue working as a teacher. I completely understand how it feels when hardwork does not pay off but that does not mean you should give up. Secondly, you were very much aware about the unhealthy environment at my previous school. I would have to work for long hours and sometimes I had to stay after school. I was stuck between to stools, whether I should quit or continue the job. Lastly, I would say that every lock has a key. Similarly, every problem has a solution. If you want to reach at your goal you need to overcome all the obstacles. First thing you can do is prioritize your work. Secondly, do not think much about the low income. Finally, if you continue to do so you will definitely promoted and your problem will be permanently solved. Yours lovingly, Chris.
