Dear Sir or Madam, I hope this letter finds in the best of your health. I am writing this letter to request a different location for my accommodation. I am an international student here at the college and currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration program. As you know I am sharing a room with another person. My room-mate has a very extroverted personality and he always has someone invited over. They turn on music very loud and have parties all night due to that it is very hard for me to concentrate on my studies. He owns a cat which is not only against the college accommodation rules but also triggers an allergic reaction in my body. This is why I would be very grateful If I have another room next term.
