Talking about the metaphor "Language is like cake"

Talking about the metaphor "Language is like cake" j925p
Hello! My name is Nhien from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Talking about the metaphor “Language is Like Cake” I would like to show some of my points about it. Cakes sometimes are really good, sweet and delicious but sometimes are awful and no one wants to taste them. Why are they so different? Because the bakers have many different ways to make, bake and serve them. The way the bakers make cakes attractive and manageable for their customers is nearly the same the way teachers make English attractive and manageable for their students. When bakers make cakes, they take time to decorate and sculpt them beautifully. Teaching English is similar to it. Teachers must have different methods, tools and spend much time preparing their lessons interestingly. Besides, there are many ways to present our cake. Like, we cut it into pieces that people can handle and we can’t give them a whole cake at one time and it must be appetizing. And just like serving cakes language should be served in easily digestible and attractive slices to students
