Dear Sir/madam, I just met to an accident in a parking lot of airport, even though it was a minor incident It took my hour, and I missed my flight. When I decided to travel New York and told my wife to drop me with her brand-new car, she denied as she had a doctor’s appointment scheduled. So, I decided to took taxi to airport. The driver seemed little unconscious to me in first time but, it was all good until we reached to the airport parking lot and he hit the car in front of us. I tried to calm my taxi driver, but he started reacting on the lady whose car he hit even if the my taxi driver was in guilty. To take the right decision as a good civilian I informed police and had to wait with the lady until cops arrives to make sure that my taxi driver do not perform any harm on her. And I missed my flight as I enters to the boarding gate being late for 30 minutes. This flight was so important for me as I have a meeting with my upcoming project client. If I will not see him today there would be consequences with our project agreement. It is my humble request to the authority of the airport management and flight co-ordinators to guide me further and help me to take the earliest next flight to New York. It will be great appreciation if you grant me the permission to use my previous ticket, In addition I am ready to pay up to 5% of extra charges with ticket amount. Your quick attention needed.
