Dear Sirs, I am writing to you regarding the local council plan to sell our public park. I live close to it and I want to explain why it is so important for me and other local residents. Our neighborhood is not very “green”, we have just few trees on the streets and that small park is the last what we have. Everybody is walking there, playing with kids and pets, having picnics, etc. That is why all people are worrying about plans to sell it. I also do not like this idea and I think local council knows that this park is significant. If they continue with that plan, I have an intention to organize a big strike with a lot of people. It can affect their reputation. I want to ask you to publish my letter in your newspaper to let them know opinions of the residents. If you need something else from me, just let me know.
