My name is Tahjib, a regular passenger of your reputed bus for a long time. I am writing to let you know that I, along with other passengers of the route-02 of your bus company, have been facing severe difficulties related to the service of the bus. I hope you will consider our situation favorably.
Let me explain our situation. The trouble started about a month ago when the previous driver of the route retired from driving after 25 years of continuous driving in this route. He was a calm and cool person and always maintain discipline, consequently, before that everything was fine. As the newly appointed driver is inexperienced and novice, He is not well known to the road and stoppage of the route. Moreover, he appears to be a reckless driver because he frequently tries to overtake other vehicles, and at the same time he does not even notice speed breakers. Though he is a speedy driver, he often came to the stoppage after 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time. While arriving at the stoppage late, he also tries to argue with the passengers regularly. He is not only arrogant but also has some behavioral issues.
Because of irregular and indiscipline behavior of the new driver, we could not able to reach the office in time as route no-02 has only a single bus. This is not only my situation, this is the picture of all regular passengers of this route.
Would you kindly change the driver in route no 2? We will be grateful to you if you appointed an experience, well-disciplined, and well-mannered driver in our daily commuter. As long as the driver has some courtesy he will not become the cause of any inconvenience to the passengers.
