Dear Saurabh, I am Sunanda living in your apartment located in Andheri, Mumbai. It’s been a year I am staying in your apartment for rent, recently we have a new neighbour who moved into my next flat. I am writing this letter to you as I would like to explain the inconvenience, I am currently facing because of the new neighbours. There were in total 7 students who recently moved to my next flat, and they are creating a lot of noise especially during night time. They switch on Music and watch television with high volume and sometimes they shout aloud which is highly disturbing me. I am working on a night shift with continuous calls with my client and facing a lot of issues while I am at work due to the noise they are creating. I have requested them in person to avoid creating such disturbance but didn’t seem like they heard my concern. I believe everyone in this apartment should be equally responsible to not disturb fellow neighbours and the solution for this can be to sick a note in the notice board mentioning a few strict policies and rules of the apartment and everyone should adhere to them strictly, in which failing to follow these rules will be facing a penalty or should be vacating the flat.
