Hello. My name is Danila. I live at Toronto str. 27. Dear Council, I have a problem. I am living near place, where some work is being done. However, I can not get sleep well, because of that noise. They are drilling the road from morning to night. When will it stop? I can not sleep, my wife can not sleep, my children can not sleep. We are not sleeping at all! I suggest the next solution to this problem. How about they stop all works at night and my family would get well sleep. That would be great! By the way, our neighbours are also can not sleep!
