Dear Mr Smith, I am writing to inform you that I would like to discontinue my IELTS evening course which is taking place every weekday from 7. 30 PM to 9. 00 PM. I am doing this part-time course for 2 months now, moreover, I found it very useful to build my vocabulary and grammar. Let me explain my situation in detail, I am a full-time working IT professional, sometimes I would need to extend my working hours to complete the deadlines assigned to me. Furthermore, due to my tight schedule at work, I am not able to attend classes on a regular basis. Considering my work situation, I am not getting enough time to concentrate on the course as well. In addition to this, my work timings have been changed recently I need to join my work at 12 PM and leave by 9 PM in the evening, which is coinciding with my course timing as well. Due to my above reasons and situation, I express deep regret that I will not be able to continue the course at the moment and I would you to consider my request.
