Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my discontent and discomfort, specially, due to my roommate irrational behavior. I request you to provide me with a different room for the next semester.
I am living in the room 204 on the second floor of the resident hall. Ever since I moved in the room, I had a hard time concentrating. My roommate and his friends hold parties several times a month with loud music. I am not sure if such parties are allowed without proper permission. In addition, he always end up making the room dirty and does not organize his things.
Besides, he borrows my things without permission and never return them. Once, took a library book and lost it, which I needed to pay the fine. I cannot take this situation any more as I cannot with stand with his behavior.
As my studies are being affected, it is solely my responsibility to realize now and move to a different room and I would be grateful if you arrange a separate room preferably for the subsequent term.
Thank you in advance and I hope to hear from you at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
