Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that It has become difficult to stay in my current accommodation, which I am sharing with another student named Rahul. Although he is good at heart and kind in nature, he brings alcohol and smokes cigarettes, which is affecting my daily activities and increasing the vertigo problem that I have had since I was a child.
I spoke to my roommate about my health situation and requested him several times to discontinue smoking and drinking in commonly used areas, which he agreed to follow. However, he violated the agreement not so long ago and brought his friends for late-night partying. This situation aggravated my vertigo further and increased my medical bills, I really tried to tolerate his behavior and kept this situation under wraps for months now, but it is quickly becoming a health hazard and I no longer can condone this situation.
In this regard, I am requesting you to move me to a better accommodation where I can have some peace and study well.
Thank you
Ravi Teja Takkellapati.
