Dear Sir I am writing this letter to ensure my presence to a 3 day trip to China with my child, Sam. I want to share ideas and enquire details of information about this trip. I appreciate that you have allowed parents to accompany children on this trip because all parents are skeptical of sending their child to a foreign country all on their own. I am sure teachers do look after children but they certainly cannot look after every child and since parents are fully aware of their children’s habits, it is easier to look after their daily needs. I have heard that Sam has some friends whose parents are not able to accompany them to trip, I have talked to their parents and assured them that I will look after these three kids and make sure they have a good learning experience as well as a fun time. I hope I am able to offer you help in this way on this trip Lastly, please share the accommodation details and tour details such as the hotel we are going to stay in and the places children will visit in China, as it will become easier for me to update other families about their children as well. I look forward to hear from you. Sincerely, Mehreen
