Dear Sir/Madam, I am Eshan Chawla and I rented an apartment through your agency in the Seven Lamps society of sector 82 last year in October 2020. The contract was registered in my name and is due to expire 3 months from now. As per the terms and conditions, I had paid an year's rent in advance at the time of renting this place. However, due to unforseen circumstances, I will have to vacate this flat next month. This is because my organization requires me to move to Chennai and work from there due to project requirements. I hereby request you to please get the needful done to end the agreement. Also, it would be really grateful if you can consider my situation and refund the extra rend paid.
