Tussipova Aizhan, working as the hostess during summer holidays (2 months). As employee with no work experience in catering, she showed herself as a decent worker that capable of stay resilient under conditions of stress from day one.
Regarding objective assessment of her working capability, Miss. Tussipova Aizhan coped flawlessly on her own on the first day of work, considering the fact that the mentor who was supposed to train her got sick. Usually, each new intern is trained for 3 days in our restaurant, but Aizhan’s valued character traits such as curiosity, critical thinking, sociability and persistence served her well, so that she was hired on the first day. She demonstrated strong desire to gain more knowledge and it was great pleasure to coach such disciplined and intelligent individual.
Working at the Land Rover Terrace at Shoreditch had a positive impact on her growth and nurtured her social and leadership skills while interacting with guests and cooperating with other colleagues, lefting an excellent first impression on our team. Miss. Tussipova Aizhan is always punctual and has no problem staying on duty untill all the work is done.
