Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction in concern of service which I received from your precious hotel. When I started to live in the hotel, It made me happy because I ate delicious food, on the other hand, when I realized that AC instrument did not work properly in the same day, it made me frown because climate was scorch. Temperature was gone up around 43 degree, therefore Air conditioning should have worked accurately. I could not use Air conditioning, so I got fever in those periods.
To commence with termination of this problem, I talked to a receptionist to solve this matter or change my room immediately, but she did not hear me because she had a lot of works. If she had concentrated on my problem, I would have used Air conditioning easily. Additionally, I discussed with another receptionist to change my room to get out of current room, however she said that all rooms were booked already. I would not do anything, therefore I had to stay my previous room which made me jeer totally.
I would like you to take this matter seriously. Firstly, you should keep an eye on AC instruments and contact to electrician for repairing it. More than that, I would highly appreciate that if you could transfer fifty percentage refund to my account directly, it would be great to achieve the customer satisfaction because I had not been able to use the Air conditioning entire days.
