I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction during the journey with your Airlines. I boarded your flight number B12W from Mumbai to Delhi on 5th of this month. During the transit i have faced an issue with one of your employee at luggage drop in point, the incharge employee is Sam pictures is having employee identification number H1126.
Although, your advertisement and tickets highlighted that maximum weight limit for luggage is 15 kilos per person, to my surprise the employee at the counter argue that limit is 10 kilos only. As a result, I have been charged extra for the remaining luggage. Moreover, I have not been given any charge receipt for extra payment I was asked made.
I would like you to look into the matter and take a stringent action on this person, if found guilty of being corrupt. In case if the charges are wrongly imprinted then I would expect you to compensate me for the inconvenience faced, with a refund of ticket charges and extra baggage charges I paid.
