Dear Sir or Madam, Hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter to seek your guidance in buying a house. I am moving to Toronto, Canada in two weeks with my family and want to buy a house before that. Considering your experience and knowledge in real estate, I believe you could help us find the same. I will be moving there along with my parents and siblings, and would need a 4BHK apartment. We would like to have a fully-furnished house along with the basic utilities included in it. It would be better if we can get any houses which are ready-to-move in, that would save us from the hustle of spending the rest of the time in a rented one. I would prefer getting the house in the Downtown area, as it will be near to my office and if possible, which has a bus station or a metro station at a walking distance, as that would save my time while travelling to work and in harsh winters.
