Dear Sir, I am writing a complaint about the missing item. Last week, on 26th November which is Wednesday I brought a DSLR camera from the Grand Camera store in Nagpur airport when I was traveling from Nagpur to Mumbai. It's cost was 5000 rupees and I made the payment with my credit card. After 24 hours I discovered that the battery is missing from the box. The compartment in box for battery was empty. Now I am in Mumbai and not have any plan to return back. Hence, drafting a mail to seek your help. As your are the representative of that company in mumbai I want you to send me the missing part. It's important because I can't you this Camera without battery. Hope you will understand my problem and consider it on priority. I have attached the receipt of bill with this mail.
