I am writing to inquire about the Asus 13X computer that I had purchased from your store two days ago. I am a third-year student of the medical university, and because of the high volume of assignments and projects, I need a high-speed and long battery-lasting computer. The consultant in your store has reassured that this model is the most popular for the schoolwork, but, unfortunately, I am not delighted by its quality.
Let me explain my concerns; every time when I charge my computer, the screen turns dark every five minutes. Furthermore, the battery lasts for only an hour and a half; however, in a description, you mention that it lasts at least four hours. Also, when more than three documents are open, the computer starts working slow, impacting my efficiency significantly.
I would be grateful if you could please replace this computer or give me a refund. I have previously purchased from your store and was delighted by the customer service you have provided, so I hope that we can solve this problem as fast as possible.
