Dear sir/madam, I am writing this letter in order to complain about your internet services in the region where I live. I live in 14th street Tehran, and we are experiencing both connection and speed rate issues. We have contacted your costumer services and explained the problems to the operator days ago on February 18th, however, nothing has been done yet. Regarding to pandemic conditions, many people's jobs including children's schooling is affected by the internet connection and the problems explained above are causing dissatisfaction and major problems in people's lives. It would be helpful if you could send some professionals to the area to check and run diagnostic tests to identify the problem and then hopefully fix the possible issues.
