Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jones, I am writing in response to the complaint about the noise from my flat and would like to explain about the noise and apologise about it. My wife and I brought a brand new sound system recently and got it installed few days back. We weren't aware of the frequency of the sound produced by it. We had it tested yestarday to check it overall sounf clarity in different settings and amplitudes last night. We Sincerely apologise for the disturbance caused by the noise genereated during the testing phase. We will keep in mind the noise levels to bare minimum so that they won't be any inconvenice to you. Sorry for the trouble caused to you. We planned to install sound proof doors and windows in our house along with maintaining normal sound level in the system. I request for forgiveness.
