Dear Sir, I am writing this letter for the issue faced by me because of sharing my accomodation with a colleague. David, my colleague is an avid smoker and drinker. The reason for this condition is due to tension between his parents, although he was never like this. Being an asthama patient, I am getting affected physically and mentally because of his changed behaviour. Although, I have tried to sort the issue with him in a matured way but the outcome hasn't been encourgaing. Due to the above reason, my health has started to deteriorate and is also affecting my studies. Concentrating on my studies have become difficult for me. Sharing of the room with him is becoming next to impossbile. Given the current scenario, I would request to provide me with single room occupancy. Although, if might be difficult for you to make such an arrangement at this point, I am ready to pay additional charges for the same. The doctor's prescription for my medical condition is also attached herewith for your perusal.
