Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to intend you for taking the action against the garbage collection system. I live in west of London on bank street where we have been facing disturbance from your system which was not precisely working for last week. We have noticed that from last week onward, Garbage was not collected from the dustbins and its smell annoying to everyone nearby which can lead to serious health issue afterwards. There might chance to get infection to kids. In addition, my neighbors complained too, regarding this all people are disturbed and could not sleep properly because of wierd smell.
