Dear Sir This is Motasem saeed, first year science student. I have teneted the 309 room in williom sepone holl residence. I am witting you this letter to complain about a problem im my bathroom. I would like you to know that for over a week there is no hot water in my bathroom, and the water comes out the shower is brown color, which is a extermely unconvenient situation for me. As this issue has been goining on, I have to use my classmates bathroom to have a daily shower which causes me a lot of problems such as wasting valuable time and feeling embarrassed. At wenesday 20Feb from 8Am to 3Pm, I will be avalible at my room awaiting for the plumber to fix the batroom the mentioned issues.
