I would like you to know that for over a week there is no hot water in my bathroom, and the water comes out the shower is brown color, which is a extermely unconvenient situation for me. As this issue has been goining on, I have to use my classmates bathroom to have a daily shower which causes me a lot of problems such as wasting valuable time and feeling embarrassed.
