Dear Adam, Hope you are well and safe, I'm writing just to let you know that I won't be here during your vacation, as I have to fly with my family for my brother's wedding. I left my flat keys with my neighbor and informed him that you're going to get them from him, Once you arrive at the building, head to the second floor, flat number 256, this is where he lives. As you know, the AC is not performing very well, so a technician from the AC company will be visiting you to check and fix it, also for the central gas connection, but you have to make sure that you switch it off after usage. My plan for our vacation was to visit the museum, the ocean beach, and the city walk, which you will enjoy a lot. I'm sorry I'd love if I could be here to spend the vacation with you.
