Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express a keen interest in organizing the training programme which is scheduled to ramp-up next month as I came to know that one of the lucky participants will get an opportunity to organize the event. In the past, I have been an active participant in scheduling such kind of events, for instance, last year I organized a training programme which was meant to be for interns. As this was a 3-week long event, it was immensely appreciated by the senior leadership teams. Furthermore, the experience and the learnings from that was enormous, which really helped me to not only bolster my morale but also familiarised myself with various hurdles which needs to be taken care of while handling such an enormous scale. In short, I certainly possess all the required capabilities which are a must for such kind of role. Could you please help me with more information regarding this event? Also, It'd be extremely helpful if you can share some point of contact for this event for further assistance. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, ABC
