ou and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture. Write a letter to your landlord. Dear Mr. Smith, Hope this letter find you in the best of health. I am Nagma Chawla, currently residing in your apartment in 11th street, Rogers Avenue, California since the last 2 months. I am writing with regards to the problems we are facing with the living room furniture and the curtains at the house. Although it has been a very short while that we are staying here, the condition of the furniture has deteriorated since then. The tapestry of the couches has faded from its original cover and is also torn at some places. In addition to this, the curtains in the living room are also torn from some places which is allowing the sunlight to come in during the day time. I'd request you to please change the current furniture or arrange for a specific labor to improve the current condition of the same as we plan to be here as your tenant for at least 3 more years.
