Dear Sir or Madam, I have ordered a wallet last week, was excitedly waiting to receive the product, however, it turned out to be unusable. It is not genuine leather and poorly produced. I would like to receive a replacement or refund. I placed an order on amazon website on 02/12/2021 using my credit card number 17465990969890. The order receipt is attached below. It is a women wallet with the 18 cm length and 9 cm height. The making of it clearly shows that its not of leather despite, the claim in the description. In addition, the card placeholders are so small than the picture displayed on the website, moreover, the description mentioned that there are 2 window ID slots, 4 card slots, 2 cash pockets and 2 hidden pockets features are missing in the provided one, making it think as a manufacture flaw. As I liked the design and the description, I would like to receive same product in genuine leather with all the features mentioned, otherwise please refund me with the total amount.
