Dear Madam/Sir I am writing to inform you about missing my valuable gold neckless which i have lost 2 days ago during my trip to Isfahan. 2 days ago, i felt a sevier strange pain in my chest. So i decided to go to nearest hospital to my hotel. when a cardiologist visited me, he prescripted a chest X-ray. then i was refered to radiography room for taking an chest X-ray. As it might be possible to know, it is necessary not to have any metal object in which area has been planed to take a graphy from. therefore i put it off. when my work finished and i quited the hospital i found the story of my missing neckless on the way to hotel. Despite of going back to hospital and searching for that, i was not able to get any cue in related with my neckless. since the policy covers this issue, i would be gratefull if your company accept and make a plane to recieve my purchase factor by post and stimate the percentage of losses of mine. yours sicerely, mahnan heydari
