Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service provided by your airlines’ staff available at Delhi domestic airport due to which I missed my flight on 17th September.
I booked a flight from Delhi to Mumbai to attend a business meeting. However, due to confusion with one of your ground staff member, I received an incorrect boarding pass. I realised about this error, when I reached the gate number mentioned on the pass and the representative available there asked me to get the details re-verify from the same counter from where I check-in.
On the same day, there was an important conference in Mumbai with one of my biggest clients. However, because of your internal error, I failed to attend the meeting and consequently, lost the business and reputation of my company. This will also have a drastic impact on the company’s revenue.
As I faced the inconvenience and hassle because of this, I would like you to either provide a compensatory goodwill amount or upgrade my next 2 flights from economy to business class.
