As per the discharge plan, it would be greatly appreciated if you could dress the surgery incision site. please encourage him to do stretching and strengthening exercises. Also, occupational therapy would be beneficial for him. Kindly note his blood haemoglobin level for anaemia. of note, his staples have to be removed in two weeks time and kindly follow up FBC and UEC test.
