Dear Denzel Washington, I am writing in connection with apologizing from you, hence I cannot give back the books which have been borrowed last week, in time. First of all, I must inform that, I am having to go away to visit a sick relative. Consequently, I am asking for permission to take back you the books later. However, due to my relatives are such ill that they need to be cared by somebody. Therefore I must apologize profusely for cancelling the deadline of giving beck novels. I do hope this will not have a negative impact on the work style of our school’s library. Once again, my apologies will be accepted and I am looking forward to hearing from you about nice events in the near future. Yours sincerely Jack Ma.
