Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a second year engineering student, living in a double sharing room in Block-VI hotel. I am having issues with the my hostel roommate which is causing me great difficulties. My roommate plays loud music in the room during my study hours. Not merely that, during night while I would be sleeping, he starts talking loudly over phone and disturbs my sleep. Due to above problems, I am finding it difficult to focus on my studies. Additionally, due to his late night calls, my sleep cycle gets impacted which is directly affecting my morning class lectures. Despite all the request and explanation to him, he is unable to understand my situation and force me to write this complaint letter. Also, as the mid term exam is approaching, I am afraid these situations would gravely impact my preparation and future grades.
