Dear sir, madam My name is Reza Haghnazari, I’m studding languages in Tehran University and I have rent a flat from your agency 10 month ago for 12 months. I would like to appreciate your kindness and your employee’s patience which helped me a lot to find a suitable place with my limited budget. The flat is located in Kargar street, beside the University. But for some problems I should leave the flat before scheduled time, I’d be really grateful if you could help me to not pay penalty for 2 remains months. Because an unpredictable accident happened in my hometown to my family. So I face a dilemma. I should return to my city as soon as possible, beside I can’t afford the rent of two remains months, since if I come back to my city I will lose my part-time job. Thank you for your consideration.
