I am writing regarding the HP printer I bought from your store in Liberty street on Monday 10th of August. Although I was pleased to buy such latest model of printers, it stopped working a few days ago, which caused me a a great inconvenience since I am working from home and rely on printing work documents.
You see, when I try to print a document, it shows error ‘ technical issue, contact technical support ’. I tried to troubleshoot the issue using the manual of the printer, so I have restarted the machine, verified the cables, and the cartouche, everything looks fine but I still cannot use it.
I am sure you will appreciate that this is a very disturbing situation for me. Because of this problem, I had to postpone a deal with one of my customers since I can not print the required documents for signature, which affects my work considerably.
I am requesting, therefore, that you kindly replace the faulty machine and cover all the shipment and installation expenses. As you see, this does not include a compensation for my inconvenience, which I am prepared to forgo if you settle this issue promptly.
