Hey,
I am Ubaidullah from Pakistan and I have done my Fsc pre engineering from Punjab college in Pakistan. I am writing this letter to request you to consider me for a stipendium hungaricum scholarship. I have enclosed the completed application and additional materials required by the tempus foundation.
I selected the University of Debrecen for mechatronics engineering. Mechatronics or especially robotics (automation) is something I find fascinating as it is a new program and have utmost importance in near future. Mechatronics degree programs focus on combining various engineering fields, including electrical, computer, mechanical, control, and telecommunications, with robotics and cybersecurity. It’s a degree that opens up a lot of doors in so many fields. You can work in automation, factories that make equipment or work as a vehicle or Aircraft designer. I think in future, there will be more of a push toward automation. Automation is going to keep growing until it is a part of every field which will come up with need of mechatronics engineers. For practicing mechatronics, comes up with a need of state-of-the-art laboratories. Which kind of amaze me to lay my hands on High-Tec machines. Also, If we utilize the knowledge correctly we can help the humans such as surgical robots on which many companies are still working, Surgical robots will perform complex operation like Removal of cancerous tumors, biopsies, gastric bypasses and repairing of heart valves with more precision and control. Unfortunately while other developed countries bringing innovation towards automation, Pakistan is still lacking in technology. After Bachelor, I will try to use what I have learned from Hungary for the benefit of my country.
My father is a retired government officer. My father pension is round about 500$ and also here in Pakistan mechatronics is still a new thing and hardly 2 or 3 universities are offering mechatronics program, so I, ve been looking for scholarship for a long time and specially in hungary then I came across this program -Stipendium Hungaricum by tempus foundation. It was quite convenient to use, with a wide range of universities, which for the program offered a scholarship for. Since the financial situation of my family does not allow me to pay the full tuition fee and to cover all my daily expenses in Hungary, this program "opened all the locked doors" towards education in Hungary for me. I understand that the program may not cover all the expenses and I consider myself as a person who can cover the other part of my expenses in Hungary as I, ve read your policies about working after study hours and I will be more than happy to do the job there as I, ve already done 2 or 3 jobs here so it will not be that hard for me.
Now the question raises why specifically I choose hungary and university of debrecen to complete my studies. As hungary is in the heart of Europe and Pakistan have good relation with hungary and also not to mention some of the oldest universities of the world in hungary. Also the witcher movie is also filmed there which I, ve recently watched.
I will be grateful if I can become an awardee of Stipendium Hungaricum because it is a big help for me to achieve my goal in the future.
Thank you for the consideration.
Sincerely
Ubaidullah
