This complaint letter concerns the bus trip our team embarked upon with your professionally recognized travel company.
We could not have half the enjoyment we were hoping to have on this journey and most of this can be attributed to our travel arrangement. As the trip was planned for June, the tropical area was having high temperatures, and the bus air conditioning was not working at all! When we tried to reach out to the driver and his colleague they could not understand us as their English was poor. To top it all off, even with the risky roads in the areas, the driving was too rash and fast.
This trip was arranged to leisure with our colleagues and connect better but the journey itself set off the mood. Even with the advance booking, it seems that the bus and the staff were arranged at the last minute by your company and no thought was given to the destination and the target customers. We had a really uncomfortable commute and kept wondering about many things en route in absence of any useful information from the bus staff.
While we appreciate when the agent showed up when we reached back to the city and offered a 50% refund, it will also give us comfort knowing that something is being done about the issues that we encountered and these will not be repeated. Firstly, the bus should be checked for all the necessary devices that might be useful for the destination. Secondly, it is paramount to make sure that the bus staff is able to communicate with the passengers.
