Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing with regarding to an information about the monthly rise in car insurance prices that I received from your Customer Service Department last week. I was very disappointed about your new policy. As you know, I have had been a customer of your company for more than 5 years. During this period, fortunately, I have not got any accident, therefore, I never claimed on my insurance package. Besides, with my recommendation, there were some colleagues and relatives using your services, that was reason of your modern facilities, high qualified staff, and reasonable prices so far. Perhaps, I suppose that an increasing in car assurance prices in this time is unacceptable while another company in our region still maintain their service fee. Especially for this COVID-19 pandemic time, an increasing in unemployment and car insurance fee result in burden on financial budget for many your clients. So, it is not only me disagree with your new car insurance prices, a lot of your loyal customers like me also. Finally, I really appreciated if you could clarify the reason behind your decision. I was wondering if there are any additional or new offered services for this changing. It is better you could prove that my money to be paid to deserved services.
