Dear Sir or Madam,
I booked a flight on 5th of May from London to New York. I arrived to the Heathrow Airport 2 hours before my flight time which is at 18: 00. I checked-in and passed from passport control, then I controlled the Gate number for my plane from the electronic table and went to the Gate number 5 which was supposed to be for boarding to my plane. Everything was fine, I waited till 17: 30 but I did not see any plane boarding to Gate-5. I asked to the lady in the desk who is responsible for the scheduling of the flights time table, she told me that there was a mistake on the electronic table so gate number was actually 15 which on the other side of the airport. Because there is a huge distance between gate 5 and gate 15 I could not be able to catch the flight and I missed it.
There was an important meeting in New York for my company and I could not be able participate the meeting and my company had some problems with our customers.
Since this was not my mistake, I would like you to talk with the airport electronic department and refund my ticket back.
