Dear All, Many thanks for the information from Mr. Tung. Through REP team orientation meetings and internal training meetings, I appreciate our opportunity in the future. We are on a way of integrating digitalization and machine learning to upgrade to service 4. 0. We are implementing a subscription business strategy, so we would be customers’ closest partner to improve their overall business strategy and efficiency. Last but not least, with professional and enthusiastic human resources, we are keeping competitive advantages in the market, especially, in Pulp & Paper, Cement, Power Plant, Steel industrial segments. Of course, we still have some battles to be won. If we keep motivated and better every day, we would cope with obstacles in the future. The more efforts we have, the more successful we achieve.
