Luck plays more of a role in determining success than work ethic does.

Luck plays more of a role in determining success than work ethic does. a8gr7
Luck is a very difficult factor to explain. Some say its all about how hard a person works and success is the fruit of their efforts. Luck can also be considered as coincidences for example, while going to work we meet an old friend or when we are perfectly ready for a party it out of no where it starts raining. As we all know the world is full of coincidences, be it happy or sad. According to me, luck do not play an important role in determining success than work ethics. We all know “Hard work is the key to success”, this is because the one who works hard understands the value of the work. In this world nothing is served on a silver platter, it is on us how we utilize the resources to obtain fruitful results. Work ethics is equally important as hard work. A work conducted following certain ethics not only provides a sense of satisfaction to the one who is performing the task but also respects the importance of the work. Maintaining appropriate work ethics helps one to understand ones efficiency and proves the self confidence on his/her task. To explain my point I will provide an example of an incident from my own life. This happened a few years back, I had my maths exam for which I was barely prepared because I had fever for past 2days. On the very morning before the exam I received a call from my friend where he said the question paper has been leaked. Before he could utter a single word after that, I hung up the phone immediately. I went for the exam with whatever I prepared and successfully completed the paper on time. When the results came out I secured a good score because I knew I what I prepared and I had the confidence to score well, that morning I chose to follow the exam ethics and trust my guts because what is the point of giving exam when you know all the questions. The marks that I scored without taking the help of my friend matters more as it made me realize my capability and proved my worthiness. So if we be truthful to ourselves and work hard, things will fall into place. One of the greatest scientist of all time, Sir Albert Einstein said, “Success is 90% hard work and 10% luck” which clearly states luck is not the most integral part of our lives and it is on us how we structure our path. He himself believed that hard work is major element of being successful in life and all we got to do is maintain certain disciplinary steps and work wisely and efficiently.
