Dear sir, I have purchased a Mobile from your showroom in the year 2020 around in the month of February. Mobile is iPhone xs, one of favourites of all time. it is very small in size with best camera quality not less than the to latest webcams, colour of phone is pinkish rose. It has lot of features like it can identify heart rate, blood pressure and many more. It has a pretty unique case black cover with spider man printed on its back, along with that it has a tie, with that we can wear it in our neck rather than holding it. After a long pandemic where every thing was under lockdown unable to travel, I have become sick. So, I have decided to travel to Georgia for a small change. While I was travelling, I have carried my latest phone where I can capture the best moments of my trip. Since the day I have arrived in Georgia I have taken the best clicks once I get down the airport. As I arrived the airport took the taxi going to hotel, i lost the phone in the cab. After reaching to hotel, I remembered my phone, by that time the car i travelled already left the hotel. it was really disappointing that I have lost one of favourite things & could not capture the moments. I want to claim the insurance of my phone, where possible I want to buy one more phone. I am missing it badly along with that I have lost my lot of contacts, photos, videos specially there were passwords of emails & bank accounts.
