Dear sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the bad service which I have received from your bank. Two weeks ago, I have requested a new cheque book for my Current account, unfortunately I did not receive it until now more than 3 weeks have surpassed. I have really lot of important bills to be paid, am getting delayed because of cheque book. A lot of customers are waiting for clearance of their payment, which effecting my business severely. So, I went to the bank to complain reading this issue, but none was ready to give a proper answer what exactly making delay in delivering my Cheque book. I insisted them to check with courier service company to get the details but misfortune nothing has come out. Take some action on my problem, hoping the resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
