We will redesign it and make sure this never happen again. However, we take full responsibility for the dirt on your blouse. There seem to have had some mistakes in our packaging. Secondly, about the delay in your refund, since it is now sale season, our shop has been packed with orders so our staff has not been able to send it to you yet. I will make sure you have it in the next two days. Once again, I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience.
