To, Respected Mr. Shah, Hello, This is Vilian, your neighbour and i am writing this letter to you for apologizing for the noise being created for the last few days. As you might not be aware that I am experiencing leakage from sealing since last few days and it is causing me alot of trouble to carry on with my daily schedule. Some of my luggage and furniture has also been spolied due to this leakage. Yesterday I had a plumber at my house to check for the issue/resolve the issue. To check what exaclty is the reason behind the leakage, the plumber had to drill a hole in the sealing to check whether the fault is with my house sealing or with the bathroom of the one who resides on the upper floor. I should have informed you in advance that I will be having a plumber at my place to check for the problem, but I forgot in this hasle situation. So please consider this as my apology letter and I will look after the noise being created in the house and find a possible way to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The approximate time given to me by the plumber is 2-3 days from now, so I request you to bare this noise for 2 or 3 days more and understand my situation. I will keep this in my mind that the work is done in the morning patch and in the noon patch so it wont be a problem for the ones around me and wont disturb anyone's daily schedule.
