Dear Sir/Madam, The latest edition of your magazine included an article about Allahabad University but this contained incorrect information. The article mentioned that Allahabad University is the oldest English-language university in India which is incorrect. Nalanda University is the oldest. Allahabad University was established in 1209 where Nalanda exists since 1092. This magazine is popular and influential for organization and individuals alike and this was very surprising to not check facts prior to publication, I believe it should be in the checklist to verify everything to avoid such situation in the future. We all are loyal readers of this magazine and such false information raised questions on trusting on information the magazine provided. I suggest the magazine should at least do an apology with correction in the next issue to justify the mistake.
