Hello Mr Putin, My name is Dmitry Ipatov, local resident of Kudrovo, Saint-Petersburg for the past 3 years, working as Senior Network Engineer at OKKO. I’m writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about a road issue in front of my house. Three months ago, due to emergency work on the heat transmission network, the road before my house was damaged. Since that time the road has a big hole, which was filled with sand and crushed stone, and several harmed paving stones. Due to that pothole it is pretty hard to walk and drive the cars, also its affecting tires of people's cars who are passing through the street. I complained about the aforementioned issue to municipal authority few weeks ago, but nothing has been done. We already have some minor accident and I would suggest you to take required and immediate actions and send repairing team to prevent a major one. Your sincerely, Dmitry I.
