I am writing this letter to complain about a mobile phone, which I purchased from your online store on 10 November.
I placed the order from your website to buy a Nokia phone which has a model id as Poco F1 124. When I checked the item before placing the order, there was a 20% discount mentioned on the original price. It was for $200, however, after discount it was for $160.
But when I placed the order by using my credit card it deducted the original price instead of sale price. I clearly remember that the reduced amount for the phone was flashing on the website and I read the same in the Times Now newspaper also.
As I have paid additional amount, I request you to look into this matter urgently and return $40 back to my bank account or add it to my card.
