Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the delay in serving food at the official meeting, which I organized for my company at your hotel. I would like to start with mentioning that the arrangement done by your staff in terms of conference room’s chairs, stage and microphones setup was as per the expectations. All the employees were comfortably sitting and were able to participate in the activities organized. However, some employees complained about the time your catering staff took to serve the food on their tables and when the food was served, it was not hot enough. As my company always setup meetings and parties at your hotel, I would like to make suggestions to improve the services such as having additional waiters when there is a large gathering.
