Letter to land lord about damage furniture in apartment

Dear Mr. John, Hope you are doing well. I am Keny, tenant at your Sun Shine appartment on lord street. I, along with my family, moved to your apartmnet last week and was very excited about accomodation arrangements. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about damage furniture at appartmnet. My main concern is kitchen cabinet. All cabinate drawers are in pathenic condition. Most of drawers are broken. In addition to that sofa set is torn out and have many rusty scraches. Dinning table glass is broken and one chair is missing. Part from this, TV table in drawing room has uneven legs. I would highly appreciate if you could replace the dinning table and arrange one new chair. You need to call repairman for other repair work. You can have a cup of tea with us next saturday and look at condition of faulty furniture yourelf. I hope you will understand my problem and will do the needful as soon as possible.
